Dividend Declaration
Interim dividend for six months ended 30 June 2009
Further to the earlier announcement of its interim results for the six months
ended 30 June 2009, Abbey Protection plc ("Abbey Protection" or the "Group"),
confirms that the interim dividend of 1.6p per share (up from 1.5p in the same
period last year) will be paid on 7 October 2009 to all shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 11 September 2009.
