The Westbury Property Fund Limited
("Westbury" or the "Company")
The Westbury Property Fund announces that it has today exchanged contracts for
the sale of its 19.7% stake in Mid City Place, High Holborn, London WC1.
Completion is scheduled for early August 2007.
The sale will generate proceeds for Westbury of approximately #21.5 million and
represents the conclusion of a profitable investment for the Company in the
central London market. The Company initially invested #9.8 million in August
2005 and benefited from the return of #8.1 million following a successful
re-financing in April 2006. The carrying value of Westbury's holding in Mid
City Place as at 31st December 2006 was #20.7 million.
