Disposal of Pavacol
The Company is pleased to announce the disposal of the marketing rights to the brand Pavacol-D, the opioid cough suppressant, to
Alliance Pharma plc.
The Company will receive total cash consideration of £600,000 which will be used for working capital purposes. Pavacol-D has annualised
sales of approximately £400,000.
Ivor Harrison, Chief Executive, stated that the disposal "is consistent with the Company's strategy of simplifying the business and is
the first step in creating a focused, natural consumer healthcare offering."
