    Disposal of Dune FM
    The Local Radio Company Plc ("TLRC") announces that it has today disposed of Dune FM for
nominal consideration.  Dune FM is a station
with an audience of 20,000 listeners listening for 87,000 hours per week (Source: Rajar Q1
2008). In the seven months ended 30 April 2008
the station had a turnover of £224,000 and an operating loss of £130,000 after central
costs. At 30 April 2008 the station had net
liabilities of £712,000.
    Richard Wheatly, Executive Chairman of TLRC, said,
    "We are always reviewing our portfolio of stations and are looking to focus the efforts of
the group. This process is ongoing and we
will update the market as appropriate with any further developments in this area."
