Sanderson Group plc: Directors' Shareholdings
Sanderson Group plc ("Sanderson" or the "Company") announces that it was informed yesterday, 8 September 2008 of the following
directors' share dealings which were completed on that date.
Mr. Christopher Winn, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in Sanderson at a price of 26.5 pence per
share. Following this purchase, Mr. Winn has an interest
in 1,623,199 ordinary shares and has options over a further 2,037,715 ordinary shares.
Mrs. Claire Frost, wife of Mr. Adrian Frost, Group Finance Director of the Company, has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in Sanderson at
a price of 26.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr. Frost has an interest in 26,000 ordinary shares and has options over a further
622,369 ordinary shares.
