    Director's Dealings

    The Company was notified yesterday that following the purchase of 17,000 ordinary shares
of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company
("Shares") on 4 June 2008 at a price of 60 pence per Share, Simon Escott, Chief Executive, is
now interested in 4,543,500 Shares
representing approximately 8.15 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

    The Company was also notified yesterday that following the purchase of 10,000 Shares of 1
pence each in the capital of the Company on 4
June 2008 at a price of 59 pence per Share, Roman Niewiadomski, Finance Director, is now
interested in 10,000 Shares representing
approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
