    The Company has been notified yesterday that following the purchase of 10,000 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Shares") on 24 June 2008 at a price of 55 pence per Share, Roman Niewiadomski,
Finance Director, is now interested in 20,000
Shares representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
