DIRECTORS' INTERESTS

On 2 May 2006 the Company issued warrants to subscribe for 20,600,000 ordinary
shares of which 750,000 such warrants were issued to Chatsford Corporate Finance
Limited, a company of which Stephen Barclay and John Shaw are shareholders and
John Shaw is a director.


Chatsford Corporate Finance Limited has today transferred, for nominal
consideration,  250,000 of such warrants to each of Stephen Barclay and John
Shaw, directors of the Company.


The interests of Stephen Barclay and John Shaw in the ordinary share capital of
the Company and warrants of the Company following the transfer described above
are as set out below:
