Directors' shareholdings
C H Bailey, Plc ("C H Bailey" or the "Company") announces that it has today
received notification that on 13 July 2007 Mrs Sarah Bailey, a non-executive
director of the Company, transferred for nil consideration, by way of gift,
3,907,891 ordinary shares to Mr Charles Bailey, the Company's Chairman and
Managing Director.
Following this transfer, Mrs Sarah Bailey beneficially owns 1,214,378 ordinary
shares in C H Bailey, representing 14.8% of the issued share capital of the
Company, and Mr Charles Bailey beneficially owns 4,251,060 ordinary shares,
representing 51.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
