Subject to the requirements of AIM Rule 17, Christopher Graham Ross has 
notified the Company that Sonas Group Limited and Sonas Investments Limited, 
companies of which he was previously a director, have been placed into 
administration. The administrations are due to uncertainty in the automotive 
sector and a result of the recent administration of their largest customer, 
Wagon Automotive.
