ILX Group plc (the "Company"), the AIM quoted business education and training
company, announces that it has been notified that Ken Scott, Chief Executive,
yesterday acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 33 pence per share. Following this purchase, Ken
Scott now holds 218,585 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.13 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital.
