Director's Dealing
The Company announces that it was today informed by Peter Holmes, one of its
non-executive directors, that on 15 January 2009 he purchased 416,252 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company. Following this purchase,
Mr Holmes holds 2,679,584 ordinary shares, representing 1.06 per cent. of the
current issued share capital of the Company.
Following the share capital reorganisation that was approved at the today's
general meeting, Mr Holmes' interest will be 53,500 new ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the capital of the Company, representing 1.06 percent of the new
issued share capital
