Board Changes
Teesland plc (LSE:TLD), the UK and European property fund and asset management
group, announces that Kevin McCabe is stepping down from his role as Chairman
with immediate effect but remains a Director of the Company.
Charles Lewis, currently a non-executive Director of Teesland becomes Chairman.
Charles Lewis, a Chartered Accountant, joined the Board of Teesland in 2002 and
is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee. He is currently
deputy Chairman of Hull Urban Regeneration Company Limited and has a number of
other non-executive directorships.
Teesland also announces the appointment of Stephen McBride as a non-executive
Director and Cesidio di Ciacca as Corporate Counsel.
Stephen McBride is currently a Director of Scarborough Property Holdings Limited
and was a Director of Teesland until his resignation on 20 October 2005.
No further details regarding Mr McBride are required to be disclosed to comply
with Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
