ICAP plc non-executive director David Puth resigns
London, 18 September 2009 - ICAP plc (IAP.L), the world's premier interdealer
broker, announces that one of its non-executive directors, David Puth, head of
State Street's investment research, securities finance and trading activities,
has resigned from ICAP's board due to his increased business commitments.
