Board appointment
Impax Group PLC ('Impax'), the AIM listed specialist investment manager focused
on the environmental sector is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Vince
O'Brien, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company from 3rd September 2009.
Vincent Gerald O'Brien (51), is currently a director of Montagu Private Equity
and has worked in the private equity industry for over twenty years. Originally
qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand he joined Montagu
Private Equity in 1993. Formerly Mr. O'Brien was Chairman of the BVCA and served
on its Council for seven years.
Keith Falconer, Impax Group PLC chairman, commented:
