and Member of the Audit Committee; and
2. Appointment of Y.Bhg. Datuk Kamaruddin @ Kamaluddin bin Awang as the
Chairman and Member of the Committee.
Resignation and Appointment of Member of Remuneration Committee
1. Resignation of Encik Ahmad Zakie bin Haji Ahmad Shariff as a Member of the
Remuneration Committee; and
2. Appointment of Y.Bhg. Datuk Kamaruddin @ Kamaluddin bin Awang as a Member
of the Remuneration Committee.
The above resignations and appointments are effective 17 July 2009.
