BOARD CHANGES
The Board of Image Scan, a leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray
imaging for the 'Homeland Security' and 'Industrial Inspection' markets, today
announces that Gilbert Chalk has stepped down from the Board of Image Scan in
favour of Brian Emslie who will be appointed as the new Chairman with immediate
effect.
The Board would like to thank Gilbert for his valuable contribution to the
Company over the past 19 months in developing a more focused and commercial
strategy for the Company.
