Directorate changes
NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "the Group"), the international, independent provider
of Escrow Solutions and Assurance Testing, has appointed David McKeith as a
non-executive director, with effect from 29 July 2009. Eurfyl ap Gwilym is
retiring at the AGM on 16 September 2009, having been on the Board for five
years.
David brings with him strong, professional financial skills to complement
further the Board. He is a chartered accountant having recently retired from
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was North West Senior Partner from 2001 to
2008. David is Chairman of Board of the Hallé Orchestra and is Chairman of the
Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
Debbie Hewitt will assume responsibility for the Remuneration committee,
following Eurfyl's departure.

NCC Group also published today its Preliminary Results for the year ending 31
May 2009.
