Director Appointment
NetServices, the specialist provider of converged business communications and
Cisco Managed Services Channel Partner, is pleased to announce the appointment
of Paul Williams as Operations Director and confirm his appointment to the Board
of Directors of the Company.
Paul Michael Williams (35) has more than 15 years' experience in project
management, managed services delivery and off-shoring with blue chip
organizations including Barclays plc, Aviva plc and RAC plc.
Paul joined NetServices in early 2008 as Operations Manager and during his time
with the business has been instrumental in redefining and refining all aspects
of Netservices' managed service delivery. This ensured that the Company secured
Cisco Powered Managed Connectivity, Security and Hosting accreditation in May
2009. Paul is currently in the process of leading a team, which is working
towards achieving Cisco Powered Telepresence accreditation. Paul recently
completed his ITIL Expert qualification, which puts him at the forefront of
current thinking and processes in the provision of managed services.
NetServices' Chief Executive, Mark Vickers, said:
'Paul's appointment to the Board is a reflection of the contribution he has made
to NetServices over the past 18 months. Paul will further strengthen
NetServices' management team as we capitalise on our recent Cisco Powered
accreditation and strive to gain further recognition for our managed services
capability."
