Directorate Changes
Further to the announcement on 23 February 2009, Adili, the online ethical
fashion retailer, is delighted to announce the appointment of Caroline Gitsham
to the Board as Product Director, with immediate effect. In addition, Sim
Scavazza and Christopher Powles have both stepped down as non-executive
directors of the Company, with immediate effect.
As previously announced, Caroline Anne Gitsham, aged 39, joined Adili on 28
October 2008, and has a wealth of experience in buying and merchandising from
over 15 years in senior roles, in particular at Gap and Laura Ashley. Caroline
has knowledge of all levels of the domestic retail market from high street to
designer; incorporating branded, own label and mail order products, in addition
to franchise and international experience.
Ms. Gitsham has confirmed that there is no further information under Schedule
2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules to be disclosed.

considerable strength and experience in managing both the own label and branded
sides of the buying operation. Caroline's contribution has also been important
in planning the strategic development of the company.
