Director Change
The board of AdEPT Telecom (AIM:ADT) announces that Edward Williams (known as
Ted), non-executive director, is resigning as a director with immediate effect.
Ted is a leading financial figure who is standing down due to the demands of his
other business commitments.
Ted has served on the board as non-executive director since July 2006. The Board
of AdEPT would like to thank him for the valuable contribution he has made to
the Company and wish him well for the future.
