Director Appointment
AdEPT Telecom is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher David
Fishwick, aged 47, as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman with immediate effect.
Chris brings a wealth of experience to the board following his 25 years working
in the City of London and has extensive experience of corporate life having been
on the board of more than 15 quoted companies across a number of sectors. Chris
is the brother of Ian Fishwick, Managing Director.
Chris Fishwick has a total beneficial interest in 6,434,400 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 30.6% of the current issued share capital of the
Company.
