Watford Leisure is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Williams and
David Fransen as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
At the same time, Watford Leisure is also pleased to announce the appointment of
Christopher Norton as Alternate Director to Jimmy Russo, Vince Russo and Robin
Williams.
Jimmy Russo, Executive Chairman, commented:
"I am delighted to welcome both Robin Williams and David Fransen on to the board
of Watford Leisure PLC. I have known Robin for some 25 years. He will bring a
wealth of business knowledge and good practices to the business. I also would
like to thank David Fransen for joining the board. David is a lifelong Watford
