IFR Capital Plc ("IFR" or the "Company") (AIM: IFR) is pleased to announce that
Christos Theodoulou (aged 58) has been appointed, at its Board meeting today, as
a non-executive director of the Company.
Christos Theodoulou will replace Christakis Georgiades, who has stepped down
from his position as a non-executive director of the Board with immediate effect
due to personal reasons.
Christos Theodoulou has held the following directorships and partnerships within
