Directorate Change
Mike Butcher, the Group's part time Finance Director has left to pursue other interests. He was not able to relocate to Norfolk which
was felt to be a requirement, given this is where most of the Group's operations are based. This takes effect immediately and he has been
paid in lieu of notice.
The Group is seeking a replacement Finance Director and will notify the market in due course.
Simon Bentley, Chairman, commented:
"Mike has been a great asset to the Company since joining the Group in January 2006. Whilst regrettable, we appreciate Mike's decision
not to relocate his family to Norfolk and wish him every success for the future."
