DIRECTORATE CHANGE
ReneSola Ltd (the "Company") announces that Mr. Binghua Huang, Chief Technology
Officer, has given notice of his retirement as a director of the Company. He
will cease to be a director on 16 July 2008 or, if earlier, on the appointment
of a new director. Mr. Huang will remain as an adviser to the Company.
The Company has identified a potential new independent director, whose
appointment is subject to approval of the Board. A further announcement will be
made in due course.
