Directorate Change
Claimar Care Group plc ("the Company"), one of the UK's leading providers of
domiciliary, high dependency and acquired illness care services to local
authorities, Primary Care Trusts and the NHS, announces the following
directorate change:
Mr David Jackson resigned from the Board as Group Finance Director, and, by
mutual agreement, left on 8 May 2008. The Company has initiated a process to
identify his successor and expects to announce the appointment by the time of
the release of its 2007/08 Half-Year Results in June. In the meantime the
Company has established interim financial management arrangements to manage the
Company's financial reporting and controls.
