Board Change
Baltic Oil Terminals plc (AIM: BTC), the infrastructure company with operations
in Kaliningrad, Russia, today announces the appointment of Roman Stanislaw
Niewiadomski, aged 48, as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary, with
immediate effect. Mr Niewiadomski, who is a Chartered Accountant and speaks
fluent Russian, has over 10 years oil and gas and other natural resources
experience in the Former Soviet Union.
The Company also announces that Rob Wilde is leaving the Company with effect
from today.
There is no further information to be disclosed in relation to the above
appointment pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules
for Companies.
