Change to the Board of Directors
LED International, the AIM listed (LED.L) manufacturer of LED screens and
related products announces that after the Annual Meeting held on 18th February
2008, the following changes were made to the Board:
Mr Lee Man Bun, Mr. Peter Hong-Ming Chau and Dr. Ka Lok Jim retired at the
Annual General Meeting and decided not to offer themselves for re-election.
Biographical details of each of the Directors who stood for election at the
Annual General Meeting are set out below to enable shareholders to make an
informed decision on their election:
Mr. Thomas Li Xin Li specializes in sales and marketing, products design,
development and application of LED products and has 9 years experience in the
LED sector. Mr. Li also possesses experience working in high precision
instrument sales and marketing and has particular strength in LED related
business development given his strong background in technology together with
well-established experience in international sales and marketing in LED sector.
Mr. Li holds a B.Eng. degree from Guangdong Institute of Technology (now
Guangdong University of Technology) and a BBA degree from the Simon Fraser
University, Canada.
Mr. Xiong Yiwei is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Strongbase
Investment Company Limited ("Strongbase"), a related company of the Company
controlled by Mr. Lee Man Bun and has worked with Strongbase from 2003.
Previously, Mr. Xiong was the Chief Manager of Jiangxi City Card Investment and
management company Limited during the period from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Xiong
graduated from Beijing University and the American University of Management and
Technology and had a Master Degree of Science in Project Management.
Mr. Dennis Ow currently works for Blue Oar Securities based in Asia. Developing
their business, identifying new deals and assisting companies raise funds in
Asia. Prior to joining Blue Oar Securities, he worked as the Senior Business
Manager of Asia Pacific for the London Stock Exchange for over two and half
years in which he successfully brought eight companies from Southeast Asia to
AIM and two Main Market listings from Indonesia and the Philippines. Before
joining the London Stock Exchange, Mr. Ow worked for five and half years at a
public listed American company called First Data Corporation specialising in
global credit cards processing and money transfer, and he was in charge of their
training and business development for Greater China. Mr. Ow was educated and
raised in Australia and gained an Undergraduate in Marketing and a Postgraduate
in Management.
Mr. Ivor Colin Shrago is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature (UK) and
a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong. He is currently a partner at
Edwin Coe LLP a UK law firm. Mr. Shrago practises commercial property law and
general commercial law and has previously spent six years in Hong Kong as an
in-house General Counsel of a professional property services group and a direct
investment subsidiary of an investment banking group listed in Hong Kong. Before
working in Hong Kong, he had worked for several law firms in UK.

Information on LED
LED International and its subsidiaries specialise in the development,
manufacture and sale of low powered / low maintenance LED screens and other LED
products such as outdoor signs, lamps, lighting and building illumination. The
screens are manufactured in a 'building block' format to a specific design,
which allows screens to be assembled to suit a customer's size and definition
specifications.
This design also ensures that the screens are relatively easy to transport and
assemble. Based in Hong Kong, the Group's primary market has been the People's
Republic of China ("PRC"), but it has also supplied end products to Macau, Japan
and the USA. Part of the Group's strategy in 2007 was to widen its customer base
to markets outside PRC.
The Company listed on AIM, part of the London Stock Exchange, on 23 October
2006.
