The Board of Abbeycrest announces that Phil Walker, Group Chief Executive
Officer, has resigned as a director of the Company to pursue other business
interests with immediate effect.
Phil's responsibilities will be divided between Michael Lever, Group Executive
Chairman and David Chapman, Group Finance Director.
