DFD announces today that Paul Latham will be resigning as a Director of the
Group's Board and as Finance Director of DFD with effect from 31 December 2007.
In addition, Lord Hoyle of Warrington will step down as a non-executive Director
of the Company with effect from 31 December 2007.
Mike Blackburn, Chairman of DFD said, "The Board would like to thank both Paul
and Lord Hoyle for their service and significant contributions to the Group".
