Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Eicom plc (AIM:EIC), announces that William Harris has resigned as a
non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Harris has recently been appointed chairman of another company of which he is
already a non-executive director and is obliged, therefore, to reduce his other
commitments.
Commenting on Mr Harris's resignation, Eicom chairman, John Sanderson, said:
"William has been a terrific colleague and counsellor to the company over the
years and we are very sad to lose him."
The Company intends to appoint an additional non-executive director and will
provide an update on the appointment as soon as it is in a position to do so.
