PowderJect Pharmaceuticals plc (the "Company")
NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
PowderJect Pharmaceuticals plc announces that on 23rd December 2002 Mr Steven
Harris exercised his option to purchase 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
a price of 53.5 pence per share and that Mr Harris sold 50,000 of these shares
at a price of 400.0 pence per share. Following the exercise and sale Mr Harris
has options over a further 443,182 shares in the Company.
The Company also announces that on 23rd December 2002 Mr Charles Swingland
exercised his option to purchase 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 39.2 pence per share and that Mr Swingland sold 75,000 of these shares
at a price of 400.0 pence per share. Following the exercise and sale Mr
Swingland has options over a further 865,824 shares in the Company.
