                                      Director's shareholding

i-design group plc ("the Company") announces that it was today notified that on the same day Ian
Sunter, Finance Director, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
("Shares") at 41 pence per Share. Following this purchase Mr Sunter has an interest in 26,925
Shares, representing approximately 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
