Director's Shareholding Baobab Resources Plc ("Baobab" or "the Company") (AIM: BAO) was notified today that Jeremy
Dowler, a director of the Company, purchased
200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 9.75p per share on 9 May 2008.
Following this purchase, Mr Dowler holds 5,215,169 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 8.01% of the total voting rights of the
Company.
