Announcement of share option grant
The Company announces that options were granted on 28th July 2005 to Board
director, Nicholas Gilodi-Johnson. 58,824 options over ordinary shares of 5p
each were granted under the Kleeneze 1996 Discretionary Share Option Scheme. The
options are exercisable from 28th July 2008 at a price of 127.5 pence per share,
subject to achievement of performance criteria. This brings Nicholas Gilodi-
Johnson's total options held under the scheme to 70,817.
