at 17:28pm under RNS number 3612V. David Mills grant of options is over 250,000
ordinary shares and not 25,000 as previously stated. All other details remain

Grant of Share Options to Directors
Screen, a leading provider of advanced security and communication systems,
announces that on 10th February 2004, the Company granted, in aggregate, options
over 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Directors of the Company as
described below:

Agreement
