Director share transfer
Abbey Protection plc ("Abbey Protection" or the "Group")
Abbey Protection was informed today that the Group Finance Director, Mr Adrian
Green, transferred 782,528 ordinary shares in the Group on 27 March 2009 to his
wife for nil consideration. Following the transfer Mr Green will continue to be
interested, as defined by the AIM Rules, in 1,782,528 ordinary shares in the
Group, representing 1.78% of the Group's issued share capital.
