Director / PDMR Shareholding
IdaTech plc ("The Company") announces that Harol Koyama (Chief Executive), James
Cooke (Chief Financial Officer) and the Senior Management sold the following
number of ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company on 9 October 2009 in
order to cover the tax liability that crystallizes upon vesting of certain
Restricted Stock grants:
