The Company was informed that, on 21 September 2009, Mark Wells, Chief Executive
of Games Workshop, acquired 5,510 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company at a purchase price of 305 pence per share.
The aggregate holding of Mr Wells and his wife, Mrs Karina Wells, has therefore
increased to 112,589 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.36 per cent.
of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
