Director/PDMR shareholding
ICAP plc has received notification from Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the
Company, that he has today charged 93,684 ICAP ordinary shares with HSBC to
partially secure repayment of two facilities from HSBC for GBP550,000 and
GBP575,000 respectively.
