Grant of Security over Shares
Nanette has been notified that Meshulam Levinstein Contracting & Engineering
Ltd. (herby "Levinstein") pledged 4 million ordinary shares of Nanette, Euro
0.02 par value each, taking the total shares pledged by levinstein to 36,871,241
ordinary shares of Nanette, which are registered on the name of Levinstein, for
the benefit of Bank Leumi, Israel.
Mr. Shaul Lotan, Nanette's Executive Chairman, serves as a Levinstein's Chief
Executive Officer and holds a controlling stake of Levinstein, a publicly traded
company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Meshulam Levinstein Contracting & Engineering Ltd holds 21.395% of the share
capital of Nanette.
