Ablon Group Limited ('Ablon' or 'the Company'), a leading real estate owner and
developer in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that Mr. Daniel Avidan, Chief
Financial Officer and director, has sold 20,000 ordinary shares each at a price
of 44.5p per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Avidan has a total
holding of 113,256 shares, or 0.1% of the issued share capital.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 109,413,178 ordinary shares with
voting rights, and 171,541 shares in treasury.
