DIRECTORS/ PDMR SHARE INTERESTS
Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings
plc (the "Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of
persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares
GBP0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") arising out of the
operation of its 888 All-Employee Share Plan.
The following PDMR was granted share awards in the form of a contingent right to
receive shares under the 888 All-Employee Plan on 14 September 2006 and 21
September 2006. Following satisfaction of the performance and vesting conditions
to which these share awards were subject to, the share awards in the form of a
contingent right to receive shares vested on June 17th 2009 and June 18th 2009
as follows:
