NBA QUANTUM PLC (the "Company")
Director shareholdings
The Company announces that at a board meeting held today 297 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company were allotted to Peter Elliott-Hughes, Chief Executive
of the Company, and 275 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company were allotted
to Robert Jervis, the Company's Chairman. Both of these allotments were made at
a price of 10p per ordinary share and were allotted to Mr Elliott-Hughes and Mr
Jervis in order to facilitate the Company's share capital reorganisation which
was approved by shareholders in general meeting earlier today.
As a result of this allotment Mr Elliott-Hughes has a beneficial interest in
1,750,178 ordinary shares in the Company representing 23.9 per cent of the
issued share capital of that class and Mr Jervis has a beneficial interest in
1,621,268 ordinary shares in the Company representing 22.1 per cent of the
issued share capital of that class.
Application has been made to AIM for admission of the shares to trading on AIM.
