The Company announces that on 1 May 2009 it had received notification that, on 1
May 2009, Gordon Hall, Non-executive Director, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares
of 10p in the Company at a price of 44 pence per share.
The beneficial interest of Mr. Hall following the purchase is now 100,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
