Director Shareholding
30 April 2009 - The Board of Netcall plc (AIM:NET), a leading provider of
callback, auto-messaging and contact solutions, was informed yesterday that Mr.
Michael Jackson, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 600,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into a SIPP
Pension Scheme. On the same day, Mr. Jackson also transferred 200,000 Ordinary
Shares into a Family Trust of which Mr. Jackson has an indirect interest.
Following these transactions, Mr Jackson's notifiable interest in the Company
remains 800,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.28% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
There are currently 62,600,731 Ordinary Shares in issue.
