Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, yesterday purchased 100,000
Ordinary shares each at a price of 14.5p per share within his SIPP. As a result
of this transaction, Mr. Twining has a total holding of 150,000 shares, or 0.14%
of the issued share capital.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 108,843,558 ordinary shares.
