Director Shareholding
The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from William
Edmondson, Chief Financial Officer of IDOX, that he purchased 100,000 ordinary
shares in IDOX on 11 March 2009 at 8.75 pence per share.
Following the transaction William Edmondson had an interest in 100,000 ordinary
shares in IDOX representing 0.03% of the current issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 344,158,336 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
