Directors' Dealings
The Company announces that the fractions of the Company's shares arising from
the share capital reorganisation, as approved by shareholders at the general
meeting on 16 January 2009, have been aggregated, issued and sold.
On 27 January 2009, certain directors of the Company acquired some of these
shares, as set out in the table below, at 14 pence per share.
